A one-of-a-kind ring crafted in hand-brushed 18k yellow gold. The softened geometry of the signet form is reduced to weight and surface, with an original gold dagger fanam from the Tanjore Maratha Kingdom, dating to the 17th–18th century AD, balanced above it in its original, unaltered form. The fanam bears the dagger, a symbol of the warrior, embodying strength and courage.
The coin rests lightly upon the ring, preserving its scale, irregularity and the traces of its making. A small cutout on the reverse reveals the other side of the strike, allowing both faces of the historic object to remain visible.
Each historic coin is individually sourced from auction houses around the world. As every coin is unique in its age, provenance, condition and rarity, prices vary according to the individual coin selected.

All our pieces are crafted by hand in our atelier in Antwerp and Dubai. In an effort to use only the resources we require we do not keep large stock levels. Your jewelry will be created from scratch once your order is placed. Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to create your piece.
Our pieces are shipped to you using fully insured carbon neutral carriers. For international shipping we use DHL Express.
We accept returns on fine jewelry for up to 30 days. Customized products cannot be returned due to their personal nature.
